Summer Camp Nürnberg

The English Summer Camp at the Eichenkreuz sports facility on Marienbergstraße in Nuremberg has been running for over 10 years.

As the name suggests, it is a camp, so we spend most of our time outdoors. Of course, we have a roof over our heads in the form of a large tent for each group to protect us from the sun, rain and wind, but please always bring weather-appropriate clothing. If the weather is really bad, we go on trips to indoor activities such as climbing halls or English-language cinemas.

This is what our daily schedule looks like from Monday to Friday:

We start the day at 8:30 a.m. with a few games to wake you up. You will then be divided into small groups depending on your age, how long you have been learning English at school and what you can already do. You will then spend the morning in your group with your supervisor and take part in lots of activities that you are sure to enjoy!

We take an hour’s break at lunchtime and you will be given a healthy and fresh lunch. However, please bring additional snacks for the time until lunch and for the afternoon, and above all your own water bottle.

We will then spend the afternoon together. We offer you the opportunity to choose from a wide range of activities. It is also important to us that you have lots of fun. Our programme for the day ends at 4:30 p.m. After your time at the English Summer Camp, you will realise how much you have learned!
